It was indeed a splendid 2 nights stay! The room smells clean and fresh. Hotel staff were friendly and all already to assist; the front desk gentleman (sorry did not take his name) tried his best to help with locating our lost item at the onsen we visited. He was resourceful, looking for options when there was no answer when he called the onsen. He helped reported the case to the tourist support centre and the following morning when I approached the counter, took initiative to check if the lost item was found. Though we did not find our item, we are grateful to him for following up for us. With such a customer centred employee, we trust the hotel's service direction, will definitely consider New Omani when we visit Japan.
