"This hotel is conveniently located inside the Haneda airport in Japan. I purposely booked it for our last 2 nights so that we can relax and not worry about transport. I thought it would be basic but it was far from basic. The rooms were spacious. It had a little sofa area and a small fridge. The fridge was fully stocked with free drinks which was a pleasant surprise! The bathroom provided full amenities like toothbrushes, facial cleanser, etc. There is coin laundry available at the same floor of the front desk. Combini store right outside the hotel inside the airport which is so convenient. We had their breakfast buffet during our stay and it was delicious. Service from the staff were amazing from the front desk to the room cleaning and breakfast. Plenty of shopping and restaurants outside of the hotel but within the airport so you can explore. The onsen was so perfect for this achy body. It instantly relaxed me. I wanted to pay for a massage but it was fully booked so book in advance! What really impressed me was that after booking this place, I sent a message to please put our 2 rooms next to each other. They replied quickly that they will try their best but no guarantee. I didn’t need to remind them, it was honored upon check-in. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended! "

"Clean hotel with fantastic location. Super easy to access from Shibuya. Note - despite access from the station, give yourself 5-10 mins to get to a train because the station is big. Rooms were small compared to western standards, but that may be the norm. Fitness center only had two treadmills and a core exercise contraption. Bathroom did all the things it needed to with high quality. Slept well. "
