Short trip to HK for work, chanced upon this place at a value price somehow with super spacious and beautiful view of the harbour. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with Family, slightly away from the city center but still not too far a distance. The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. Check-in was efficient and the staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was about 5 minutes walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR station and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Convenience stores all around just below the hotel and the room was a pleasant surprise! Far bigger than expected (was upgraded to Business Suite upon arrival) and the toiletries were outstanding. I was apprehensive at first as I wasn’t familiar with Austin Road or this area as I used to stay around HK central when I visited. However it turned out to be an excellent choice for a solo leisure traveller. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and these were the positive points : 1. Convenient location - 5 mins+ walk to Jordan train station. Two stations away from Mongkok which is the cheaper shopping district and where Ladies Market shopping street is. 2.
