Staff was very courteous, great service at the restaurant, housekeeping was attentive, and the rooms were very clean. Only wish the blankets were thicker, I don’t like feeling like I have a thin piece of cloth on me (partial to weighted blankets) but that’s more a hotel thing than a personnel thing.

Staff were all very friendly and approachable. We loved their freshly baled warm welcome cookies! They were so good with my niece. Location was spot on forcthe airport. Breakfast was divine. Rooms were clean and stunning view of the marina xx overall experience was very impressive and one very satisfied customer.

AC/heater was not working properly, there was trash under the table upon check in, the breakfast was overpriced for bland food, and then the water completely was off, couldn’t flush, wash hands, shower etc - when brought to the hotels attention they said there’s nothing they can do hung up. I did have a pleasant experience with the gal during check in she was kind and helpful!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed comfy, good size room and clean, the only 2 things I didn’t like is that they didn’t clean the room, we stayed 2 nights and they don’t even tell you or give the option like in most of the places after covid. And the other thing (we didn’t know until it was too late) parking lot is crazy expensive!!!! 45usd per night. I guess if you are not driving is a good place to stay though. It is always Hilton who charges for everything extra!!

Overall I had a nice stay, the room was less clean than what I am used to. The water after I took a shower didn’t go away, the lamp didn’t work, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. Granted I wasn’t in the room as much, it really was a place to just rest and sleep. The staff was very friendly and I felt safe parking my car there, and there were times I got back late and I still felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler
