Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. "We love Casa Del Mar staff and amenities. The food is really good from the menu but they will also customize for your needs. They make a great margarita from scratch versus a mix using limes from Mexico and Squirt (ask for the recipe). The ocean views from your room are breathtaking at sunset. They have their own private beach area and you can snorkel right at the hotel. We find it to be a great value."
