"Great location that is close to public transportation. Staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and fast. Fitness room is open 24/7 and adequately equipped . "This is by far the worst Sofitel I have stayed at. The property is dated and dark. Rooms are small and staff are not helpful or welcoming. In my room, safe was not open, hand wash and conditioner bottles were empty and body wash pump was broken. The HVAC was not working and the room was unpleasantly hot. The mattress was damaged and uneven. My visit was short before an early flight but I could hardly get any sleep due the room condition. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it.
