The local cell listed was unreachable, multiple calls made. The security and condo rep couldn't assist, i had to call Expedia rep to cancel and refund my reservation. "

At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed.
