"The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Happy to say the Shangri-La is still serving up wonderful service all these years later.
