The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Sapa while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, this hotel offers a truly memorable and luxurious experience. "The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready."

"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring. 5 stars is not enough."
