"Love the aesthetic of the hotel Love the location, in front of Sapporo TV tower and underground Odori Park station. Nice lobby and lounge area for hanging out by the warm fireplace. Room quite small, be warned. We had to pay to upgrade to the suite on 11th floor because there was no way we could open our luggage and still walk around in the room. "

"Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The Hokkaido soup curry was amazing. Clean, well -appointed room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to most downtown Hokkaido sights, and lots of choices of shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!"

"My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Sapporo skyline. The spa is great, too, and pairs with a beautiful lounging area. The hotel has a western aesthetic but it's a Japanese take on a western aesthetic which I think is kind of unique."
