"As a 5-star hotel, you expect a certain level of consideration and customer care, especially when unexpected situations arise. Unfortunately, my experience at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti was disappointing. Due to an urgent matter, I had to check out one day early. At the time, I was told they would “try their best” to assist. However, shortly after, I received an email stating there was nothing they could do, while still charging for the extra night. It’s not necessarily about the money, but the principle and level of service you expect from a hotel of this standard. A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way. Sadly, this experience has left a poor impression, and I won’t be choosing this hotel again."

"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. Hotel staff are the core of services and they need much better training."

"I had bad luck. We got in late and were tired from long day of travel. We were given a beautiful room but no air conditioning. We left frontbdoor open withba garbage pail and opened the windows but after 3 or 4 visits from lovely staff we got moved to another room and had to repack.... Some staff / concierge exceptional but hotel did nothing regarding costs."
