"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!"

"Horrible customer service !!! Changed the price of my stay!!! Wouldn't change rate even after the mistake happened and pointed out at 29 min check in!!!!!! AWFUL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHOLE STAY...BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS WITH RATES!!!!!!! SHAME ON RESERVATION!!!"

"Pretty much the best part of our room was that the door locked and we had hot water. The ice machine didn’t work because it was outside, we had a nice brown stain on our window curtain, another yellowish stain on one of the pillowcases, the tile between the carpet and the sink was cracked and could’ve easily cut one of our feet, the chair in the corner was very dirty, a lot of the items in the bathroom were not secured to the wall. The shower head and bathtub nozzle were extremely loose, the towel holder was loose, and another bar in the bathroom was loose although I wasn’t sure what that one would be used for. The breakfast bar had grapefruits as well. Normally I’d have one but one of them was moldy on our first day so I decided to just not have any the rest of the time we were there. I did take pictures and videos of everything except for the fruit. However, I will say that the woman who helped check us in was very pleasant. She had red hair and tattoos."

"This is a very nice place and the staff is wonderful! We have stayed here a couple of times. We don’t live far. It’s a nice staycation when we need a night of relaxation away from home! I do have to say, this time there was a bit of a mosquito problem inside our room. We killed a few, but my son was bit a few times throughout. And, our tv kept freezing up in the middle of shows and we had to turn it on and off several times throughout the night. That was frustrating! Maybe they need a better internet service for the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before. That was a little disappointing!"

"Had a great stay they have cool activities for kids by the pool each day. Didn’t get to check out the movie theater bc the timing of the movies didn’t work out with lunch and dinner times. We also didn’t get to see a dive in movie bc there was one the weekend before we stayed and the weekend after. (We stayed 7 days Thursday to Thursday) that and the snow cones should be weekly? A good to know thing is they don’t allow floaties in the pool unless they are see through which you can’t find and which would have been nice to know before I brought my own. I found some halfway clear and they did allow them. Room was clean staff was nice and helpful. It was a great place to stay in a central location."
