"It’s an underrated hotel which is actually far better than Radisson or Holiday Inn in Delhi. I had a 4 day stay here with my family and the infrastructure and service is much better than many hotels in Delhi.

"When I arrived at 4:30am after a delayed flight, it looked like reception was closed. There was someone inside but the lights were out. Then they showed me to my room which at the time I said was ok - sort of - as I just wanted sleep. I only slept 4 hours as the room was very dirty on closer inspection and the mattress was so old the springs were sticking into me. When I got up and got dressed I realised the mattress was moldy too.
