Hotels with smoking rooms in Segambut

This is a great place. But if you plan on doing touristy stuff in the city area then it might not be for you, unless you're driving or are willing to fork out for taxi/uber/grab (the city is only a 15-20 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is laid-back with cafes, eateries, spas, shish joints littered all around. There's also the massive suburban mall, Publika, a few minutes away. Great Hotel. Will keep visiting it.

Stay in this 3 room apartment with 4 adult and 3kids age 6,5 and 3 years old from 17 to 21 Dec 2014 and my kids absolutely love it there...will definitely revisit again.Hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful, room is very spacious but location abit out of the way for shopping location, have to always rail a taxi...nevertheless,there is cold storage from walking distance. .so travellers who preferred to dine in and cook themselves can buy stuff from there.Overall feedback for improvement...

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Late check in smoothly and free upgraded to 2 bdrm suite for 4 of us.So considering.

Second time to the hotel. Great place for family. Kids friendly pool. Staff are friendly. Room and facilities are very clean. Breakfast are awesome.

Good

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Breakfast no gd as food was cold

Convenient. Next to a park

Central location, next to The Strand Mall and many Good Eats.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Good and clean

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. So if 1 person is in the shower, another outside can’t get ready, esp for...

Friendly and but not many shops around hotel area.. need to take taxi out

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.
