수건도 오래되어서 수건은 가정에서 오래쓰면 부드러움 빠진 거친 마치 걸레처럼 뻐신 느낌의 수건인데 오래되어서 흰색인데
살짝 회색빛이 나는 수건 3개랑 깨끗한거 1개 비치되었구요
침구류도 오래되어 흰색이 아닌 회색빛이라 깨끗한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. "This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.
This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.
If this is within your budget, this is a wonderful property. "
"추측이지만, 장박 룸을 따로 구분하여 배정하는 것 같다. 장박에 따른 할인률을 적용하는 이유가 여기 있을 수는 있지만 호텔을 여러번 다시 찾아 오면서 발견한 경우라 다음에는 셀 수없는 창문뷰가 아닌 좀 더 밝은 쪽 룸을 사용해 보고 싶다, 장박이라 하더라도… 좌우간 이번에 사용한 방은 벽 페인트 상태가 좋지않아 약간 관리 안하고 방치된 창고같은 느낌이였다.
제공되는 조식은 무난하지만, 메뉴 변동이 거의없어 조금 아쉽다. 토xx 강남 조식과 비교하면 무리일까? 거리/위치 등 고려하면 아주 다른 목적의 투숙이겠으나, 그래도 며칠간 이어 사용한 호텔 들이 차이가 눈에 띄인다. "
"Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center is a very nice hotel overall with a great location across the street from a large shopping mall. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. They even gave me 2 free gifts! The room itself was also very nice and clean. Only con I noticed was that the shower wasn't completely sealed and some water leaked out onto the rest of the bathroom floor, but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!"
