"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos.
