"Well, the room was nice. The view was fantastic. But that there is not enough money to provide even a bottle of water is not understandable and not acceptable. And they tell you that they don’t have toothbrush and whatever you need in the bathroom or you need to buy it that’s still OK. But they really should point out during check-in.
