The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "You can't go wrong when you stay in a hotel that is strategically located right at the heart of Nanjing Road West, the shopping district and pedestrian mall. The Bund is only a few hundred meters down the road. In addition, Hop On Hop Off busses are close by. The room is well furnished, clean and comfortable to be our home away from home during our stay in Shanghai."
