"The staff was so helpful probably the best bed I’ve slept in"

"We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch). Rooms were very clean, the rooftop bar is lovely for drinks, we didn’t eat there. The only thing we didn’t like or understand was that there seem to be so many people downstairs who were on their laptops clearly working (on MS Teams calls etc) it almost felt like you were sat WeWork offices, this was consistent throughout our stay. Very strange."

"There was work going on which meant only 2 of the 4 lifts were working which was a little annoying. This was due to a programme of works going on. However the staff were all excellent and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms comfortable. They could have been a little more polished with a net curtain missing from one window and the tea selection is very random! Overall a nice place but just needs to maintain its once high standards"

"Our room was perfect for a cozy week stay in London. Service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about local activities. Special shout out to PRINCE and Sandeep for singing to my new Fiancé in celebration of our engagement! We will definitely be staying here and dining again on our next trip to London! "Staff were extremely helpful. Minor issue with a window not opening and missing tv remote. However they resolved both issues quickly. Great room, location and exceptionally helpful staff."
