"THE HOTEL IS BRAND NEW SO EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND CLEAN."

"Very nice location offsite the city. Nice for families."

"Simple and highly comfortable. Located in a tranquil place that is perfect for relaxing after long and frequent travels"

"I like this hotel and it is my preferred choice when staying in this part of the world! Great food. Good sized room. Easy parking...and I know my way around the local town too!"

"Nice hotel"

"A very nice hotel, staff was excellent. Breakfast is great and the location is just peaceful and relaxing."

"Clean, big room, friendly staff "

"Perfect hotel experience! Friendly staff and great room!"

"Great location with good breakfast."

"This is a very quiet place in a residential neighborhood. The rooms are small and the staff seemed confused when I asked for 2 beds as ordered, but quickly found a solution. The location is relatively far from all the action, and it is best to have a car. The river view from the top floor is charming."

"The hotel looks modern and very well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...

"Can’t beat the location"

"A comfortable stay with an excellent buffet breakfast. A short walk to the River Rhein Hotel Trierer is in an ideal location for cruises on either the Rhein or Mosel rivers"

"Nice place, very friendly staff. Booked last minute and had no issues with the late check in. Very close to the train station and close enough to walk to the old town. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Excellent stop over - very clean. "

"Really needs A/C in summer. Rooms are pretty tight as is the bathroom."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there."

"Lovely stay, clean hotel, nice breakfast and good coffee. Easy walking distance to the Alltstad. Would stay again "

"loved the hotel and area - only criticism is no air conditioning in the rooms and some of hotel"
