"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."

"This is my third stay on this property. The location is great, right in front of terminal 3. The room I got was on level 6. To be honest, the insulation in this room was not as good as other rooms in my previous stay; as I could still hear the plane engine roaring throughout the night. But it did not bother me as I was too tired and slept well. The concierge staff was very friendly. The self check out machine deducted money again for my stay, ended up in double payment. But they refunded it at the end. Highly recommended."

"Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything in great condition. Lounge space with smaller tv. Wonderful pool and gym area, and Residents Lounge on floor 19 was a comfortable extra space for a coffee and rest. Staff are excellent. Metres from Raffles Place subway making it easy to get from the airport l, and within 2-4 stops of many Singapore attractions such as Marina Bay, Chinatown, Little India and Middle East. Aimed more at business travellers, and a little more expensive, but definitely great for couples who want more space and amenities, who don’t want to be in a cramped hotel room. We really liked it."

"How fancy is raffles hotel? Well, it’s so fancy that if you’re in the front room, there are no less than 4 doors between you & the toilet! There’s a door between the sitting room & the bedroom, another between the bedroom & the closet area, a bathroom door, then a door to the toilet itself. When my girlfriend said she had to “go powder her nose,” I felt secure. With as much charm as I could muster I sweetly asked her to close all the doors. She shot back a look of cold malice, but with satisfaction, I heard her shut all of the doors. But after a few minutes, to my horror, wafted the most noxious odors. I’m sure my girlfriend won’t mind me, saying this, especially because she never reads these reviews. But if she does, darling, my computer has been hacked again. But seriously, if you’re going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a hotel room, this is the place!"
