"The staff here are amazing - very friendly and cheerful and couldn’t be more helpful! Really convenient for terminal 5 with the bus just a few minutes’ walk away. Comfortable room, decent breakfast. The only (tiny) gripe was that there was only 1 towel between the two of us, but that might have been because our room was changed at the last minute. "
"We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we’re flying out the next morning. Check-in was very quick and efficient and staff were very kind. The room was much larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had a bottle of water waiting for us upon our arrival. I had the best nights sleep at this hotel after travelling for two weeks to multiple countries. Would highly recommend this hotel for it’s amenities and close proximity to the airport. We also had a very lovely meal at the restaurant located within the hotel, Cast-Iron and Grill. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. I had the corn fed chicken, which was absolutely delicious followed by Bailey’s Irish cream cheese cake which was scrumptious! "
