And it was nice to be given a box of chocolates when I stayed over Christmas. The hotel design and decor was beautiful. The hotel location was great as you’re near the South Bank, St Paul’s and Houses of Parliament. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Didn’t have breakfast. Room was excellent but I had no shower gel in the shower or maybe the pump just wasn’t working and the same with the hand and body cream. The hair dryer wasn’t very good as it had no nozzle and stopped working half way through using it. Apart from these minor issues everything was excellent. "

"The Hotel and the staff was excellent. The Breakfast was great with many options and the hours to have a relaxed breakfast was more than fair. Robert who works at the Breakfast restaurant was a great help and great advice for the daily activities. He deserves a raise for sure. The only issue I had was the room type. Your webpage clearly advertised a park view room for my selection. Since this happened before to me through Expedia, the room sold is almost never the room advertised on your site. So it was still a good room but the view was parking lot and some park. So I would definitely stay here again. "
