Staff friendly and very good.

Every staff member I met was courteous, friendly and approachable. On the evening of my arrival, I returned from dinner to find my room beautifully tidied. I truly appreciated this thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making my stay so memorable.

Had a nice relaxing rest at Changi Cove for the long weekend. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, also very knowledgable about the surrounding facilities and amenities. The room was comfortable and simple, good enough for a restful stay.

Claire was extra ordinarily supportive with our request. She went extra mile for our staycay. Truly enjoyed our stay. “Property” is refurbished given the fact that we give our buses 2nd life. Other than that, great location and environment.

great restaurants jusy within 5 minutes walks near East Coast Beach. Disappointig that linens was dirty when I first checked in. Called for a change and response was fast. Service was good. Asked for ice but was told they don't provide, even though hotel restaurant was just at the lobby. -_-"

Quality of room and hotel service is great. In a year, I will have a few staycations. The most recent stay i had, the toilet wasnt clean properly with a used towel hidden behind the shower curtain. The restaurant service is really really slow during lunch hour. They have very few staff. I waited almost an hour for my food with when the restaurant is only 1/4 filled. Otherwise i like the location and overall service of the hotel.
