"The renovated room was excellent. Clean and comfortable bed, nice shower. Resort is not the fanciest on the strip but has a unique ambiance. Location is good if you don't mind walking a bit to some of the main sites (Bellagio), which we enjoyed."

"They charge a resort fee thats not disclosed until you check in. Very outdated property and unhelpful staff. Very disappointed. Stay at the Four Queens downtown. They don't charge a resort fee, the rooms are updated and the staff is friendlier. "

"Sink blocked in washroom when checked in. Took more than 2hrs for the maintenance to show up. Requested a room change to the staff but they refused to do so. Ended up getting only 2 hrs of sleep before i had to leave the next day for Grand Canyon. Never going back to this hotel"

"The Ballagio is very centrally located. We were able to walk to shopping and multiple restaurants. The property is very well maintained and had a lot of activity. "

"This was the worst experience ever. My first time in Las Vegas and it was my birthday as well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The tub did NOT turn on at all and when I called down to the lobby they said they would send someone up and never did. The next morning I went down and reported it to worker about it and he said there was never any work order put in and assured me that someone would be up to fix it. I went out for the day and when I got back to the hotel room that NIGHT nothing was fixed yet. At around MIDNIGHT maintenance knocks on the door to start working on the tub and took over an hour to fix everything we called down to the lobby to speak to a manager and we got left on hold. Every time we went down to speak to a supervisor or manager on the floor no one was ever available I ended my stay sooner than I wanted to because of that. I would NEVER book with them again! "
