"Check in was quick and easy. Our room was ready early and we were able to take the hotel's shuttle bus to go to Disneyland/California Adventure. Room overlooking the rose garden was spacious. Danny at the Garden Court Lounge was very welcoming."

"On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. All hotel guests can eat breakfast for free the next morning which we already had with our booking. Breakfast was good except for the part that if you want cook foods such as eggs etc … you have to pay extra which we were not informed at check in or we first entered the restaurant. Hotel location is super close to Universal Studio. Shuttles run every 15 mns. Only 1 minor note … parking fee is too high. "
