"The rooms were great and the service was great! Check out took almost an hour due to only 3 elevators. And there is no service elevator either, so the staff trying to get around with big carts needed to use the elevator as well. So either check out super early while everyone is sleeping, or plan on a long wait if you need an elevator."

We were pleased to enjoy a Wednesday night social reception of soup and salad which was unexpected and also wonderful. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and HUGE!! "We stayed in building 3. I learned each building is not the same. Had some friends in building 6 with no issues. Walls extremely thin. Anytime someone took a shower it sounded like a plane flying and the pipes squeal. I woke up to the lady next door throwing up. I heard word for word conversations through the walls. I called the property 3 times. Spoke to 2 managers both saying they would call me back. Neither did. Third time I called was the original manager I spoke to, who finally resolved all my issues with the stay. "
