"Good stop after a long day of travelling and close to the ferry for an early morning departure. Being dog friendly was huge for us. No extra fee for our well behaved boys."

"Excellent property right on the waterfront basically. We really enjoyed walking and exploring the Glass Beach area. Many delicious restaurants within a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a 5 night stay. The building is interesting, rare, and historic by Canadian standards. It is staffed as a Bed and Breakfast. You see staff at check in and at breakfast only. They are professional and accommodating. The breakfast dish we would recommend is the Eggs Benedict. We appreciated, and used the cozy common room with it's fireplace, blankets and coffee, tea, cookies. We also met several others guests, mostly European who delighted in the building. However, you do notice inside and out there is maintenance required like locks, shower doors, landscaping, outdoor garbage removal."

"Loved the proximity to everything from the hotel. The staff were very professional and polite. Oh and the sea lions were the highlight of our trip!"

"We had a very brief stay. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The room was well presented and clean but I would say the lighting was interesting! The rooms were pretty dark with no ceiling lights, it set a certain mood but not entirely practical! The hotel was clean and modern and in a very good position/setting. The staff were helpful. I would say the price was on the hefty side, even at the slightly discounted price I paid for a last minute booking. Overall we had a lovely experience and the kids enjoyed their hotel experience."
