Great location. Just opposite the beach. You can see the whole area from the roof top garden. Love the heater in room and hall. (Sorry from warm country need heater in temperature of 10 degree Celsius. Great price with all the amenities..

When here for our honeymoon.. It was the best experience ever.. Everything from the staffs to the room were perfect.. The view from the room was amazing.. Would definitely stay here again..

Convenient location.

It’s a nice studio in a resort. The kitchen is very good for a family. Just WiFi signal is poor and no TV program. But everything is good enough for the price paid.

Atmosphere of the room is great - there could be more variety in TV channels though.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. Relatively close to the airport all things considering. The hotel is also very near to a lot of eateries (especially for those seeking Halal restaurants), the beach, night market, their G Link Tram, doctors and chemists, shopping, and entertainment. The staff is prompt in attending to my needs although I didnt really get to check in early due to the room not being ready on time (not a big problem though). The hotel is also stocked with full laundry...

Had a great stay. The toilet was rather crampy. Otherwise all great. Dyson hairdryer was useful after every hair wash from the beach. Stingray dining was average.

I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room, so was treated to gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. As the hotel is very central, it can be a bit noisy at night but that should ease up by 10pm.

Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

I was assigned condo 1205. It has the perfect river and partial ocean views. No high blocks nearby so I can have privacy sunbathing on the balcony. The condo was spacious and fully furnished. I cooked all my meals during 8 day stay from Sep 13-20. The grocery stores are about 10-15 mins walk and the beach is 5-10 mins away. It's just a block or two away from the main drag of the touristy shops.. So it's perfectly quiet and yet not far from amenities. The reception gave me free wifi during...

My family (6 adults and 2 children) have enjoyed our stay in Ultra boardbeach. All the rooms are new,clean and spacious. It has excellent view as we are staying on 29th floor. We felt safe as there are security system installed in the carpark and lifts so that only the tenants can access to the house. Nearby there are many restaurants and supermarkets and shopping centre - pacific fair (ard 10 mins walk). The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We were glad we have booked this place.

Amazing stay! Clear instructions given and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Convenient and I couldn't ask for more. Everything went smoothly. Definitely will be back!
