"Great location, nice staff. I didn’t like that there was loose hair all over my towels, bedding, in the fridge (of all places), and on the floors. It seemed clean, but it did not smell good. The coffee is not my preference and seemed watered down. They do have free tea and coffee, no breakfast. There is an area where you can buy a heat up breakfast or a snack. There is a cabinet where you can borrow a bunch of random items, such as board games or a rice cooker. I didn’t get time to check out the pool. Only a one night stay for me. I personally wouldn’t stay there again. "

"I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites."

"Upon arrival 4:45pm our room wasn’t ready when check in is at 4pm. We ended up checking in later in the evening and we didn’t have any bedding for the sofa couch. All the staff was helpful but nothing above and beyond. The facility was decent and breakfast was good. Our shower curtain was old and water ran all over the floor. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location around everything we needed. We were there for a wedding. Beach was 10 mins mainly to find parking. Walmart 6 minutes if you forgot something. Plenty of food options and entertainment close by. "

"No. Did not have breakfast. The top, room darkening shade would not open or close and was stuck 3/4 closed on day one. The room was dark and gloomy. My wife had to use a blanket (held up by draping over chairs) to provide a makeshift cover at night in order to keep passersby from seeing into the room. When maintenance opened it on day 2 of our visit, we still had to pull it down manually in order to close it at night. Since we were there only two days, this made for an unpleasant visit. "

"Fantastic location and there are some close by Conveniences that are more low key than the middle of 30A route! the beaches are close and the property was nice. I couldn’t get a room until after 4pm so that was a bit of a letdown for the one night price. The room above us very rambunctious ~loud noises well past 11pm but the space was serene in feeling and the rooms were big. I appreciated the pool and ice room as well as the laundry. There was a fitness room too I believe but I didn’t have the time to visit it. Great coffee shop outside the front door! . I would go back and try it again maybe for (2) days so we could enjoy the space a bit more!"

"Hotel told me they had no room for me. Hotel sent me an email confirming reservation 6 months ago. Hotel sent me a request for a review. When I went to check in, I was told Expedia never forwarded my reservation. How am I getting emails from the hotel if they didn't know I had a reservation?"
