"Very cute hotel in a historical building. Though the building was old, the room was nice and clean and didn’t feel old. The beds were nice and we had lots of space for our family of 5. It is nicely located in downtown Nauvoo close to the shops and restaurants and the Nauvoo Temple. Check in was easy and staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"My 18 year old grandaughter found 4 bats in her apartment. It was late at night and i live in another town. I got on the hotels.com app and imeadiatly searched for hotels. I called the hotels directly to confirm that she would not have to show my credit card and could check in at 18. After a couple of no we cant do that. I called quality inn. The front dest attendant assured me they would allow her to check in but would need credit card on file. I told her i could book it and drive 30 min to show my credit card. She said no need book thru the app and i will wait for you to come back to the phone and will get your card info over the phone. What a lifesaver. My grandaughter was in her room 15 min after i got off the phone. And everyone was able to get some sleep and not worry about bats. Thank you so much Quality Inn. You definatly will be our first choice when traveling and our top recomendation. "

"Everything was great except on check out there was no one at the front desk. I thought this kind of strange. I gave my room key to a member of the housekeeping staff who was outside on a smoke break. "

"We were there for a family reunion and it was all around the best place to stay!! At one time we had nowhere to gather so we were able to gather in the breakfast dining area in the evening! Staff are great, breakfasts superb and walking distance from HyVee was 5 minutes! Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Very happy with our stay there and will come back!! Thank you!! "
