"The Hideaway Residence was a wonderful stay. The property is safe, clean, and affordable. Our private pool was beautiful. In house masseuse was great and lounge/restaurant was chic. The best part of this resort was the host, Surya and staff. He was so accommodating to our needs. Professional and attentive with a friendly personality that made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort. "

"We stayed for three nights in the Esha Villas. It is in a more outlying place and therefore more quit. The room and the pool were clean. The property also cared for water supply which was enough during our whole stay. If you want to explore the environment, probably you have to get a bike. The streets have no roads for walker or you have to be very careful. "

"I had such a wonderful stay at Cemara Hills. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality stood out the most—every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable, especially Wawan! He was super helpful with our travel logistics the whole trip even picked us up from our airport and dropped us off in seminyak for our next stay at another place. The service was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and all the accommodations were thoughtfully provided. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of, and I’d happily recommend Cemara Hills to anyone visiting Uluwatu. I’m already looking forward to coming back!"
"We were not very happy about the noise that was there due to the weddings. The loud music right from 3 pm till late was an absolute nuisance. We couldn’t enjoy the peaceful pool side 2 days out of our 5 day stay. I think it was the responsibility of the hotel to let us know that there was going to so much of an inconvenience when we are paying full price for our stay and not fair to the guests who are not part of thr wedding . The room was not done till5 pm . We had to wait wet outside our room for 30 mins till they made the room. It is an expectation that being a 5 star hotel that rooms are done by then. Because that is the time when guests come back to the room. That was a disappointment. "
