"We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, and one of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredible service we received. A very special thank you to our server Dedek who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and so well taken care of. Their kindness, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. It’s those thoughtful little gestures and sincere care that turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable one, and that’s exactly what they did for us. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and beautiful memories. This is the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back again and again. "This is a great hotel and the villa is exquisite, lots of great potential and the staff is the best I have encountered. Unfortunately we had too many ants coming to see us and while they were not in the living spaces, it was still unpleasant to see so many but fast reaction from the hotel."

"I enjoyed staying here as the bedroom villas are just so aesthetically pleasing along with the resort. The resort is also kind of secluded and very quiet! Location is also great to main attractions in Uluwatu. Staff are friendly and helpful! I would stay here again!"

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Umana Bali (Villa 112) from 6–9 June 2026, and every moment of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate."

"Our stay at Unsaga Clifftop Resort was unforgettable. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the level of service. Our butler, Nara, was exceptional. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. On our last day, my husband became quite sick, and the staff immediately stepped in to help. They arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was such a relief when we were preparing for international travel. What impressed me even more was that the butler manager personally stopped by to check on my husband and make sure he was okay. That level of care is rare. We never felt like just another guest. The entire team treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. The combination of the incredible location, beautiful accommodations, and world-class service made this one of the most memorable resort experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Unsaga Clifftop Resort to anyone looking for a truly special Bali experience."
