The front desk said they were not enough people to staff the kitchen. That’s why it was closed. I wound up driving 10 minutes away for a mediocre meal. I have eaten at the Placery in other Hyatt and it was excellent, so I was disappointed that this one did not have an opened restaurant."

Hand towels in the room had stains on them, metal lamps rusted, human hairballs, and sheet rock dust on the floor from a wall scrape as further proof that they BARELY clean the floors in between stays. I left a jacket in the room called back four hours after check out and they ‘threw it out’ already. I would say if you get what you pay for, but this was closely priced to other hotels. I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. "
