"Clean room, nice staff, center located ( excellent!!), good breakfast. Definitely would stay there again!"

"The location of the hotel was convenient, very close to the Tower of London and boroughs market. The staff was helpful. My only complaints were the heating in our room was a portable oil filled heater and the bathroom fan did not work. We had an executive room and this was barely tolerable for the price."

"We were allocated a accessable room on the ground floor which was surprising. The room was clean but was missing a few amenities. The mattress had sagged in 2 spots which made it uncomfortable."

"This was a great location hotel however I had some road noise and the air con was very loud. Also no kettle in room. This was listed however I didn’t notice it at booking. "

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."
