"The room and the hotel were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the check in clerk Damien seemed to be in a hurry and didn't apprise us of some useful info. Also, the coffee was bitter."

"We were there 2 nights. The bedroom was ok, but the bathroom needs some maintenance. The bathtub looked dirty, but it was actually white paint that was cracking and made it look dirty. The common areas need maintenance. There was enough food at the dining room and the coffee was excellent. The whole staff was excellent. From the maintenance workers to the hotel receptionists were very courteous, educated, well trained and they made our stay comfortable. I was very impressed by their attitude and professionalism. The cleaning ladies were very helpful. The whole staff needs to be praised for their service. Everyone there needs a salary raise. Thank you for asking for my opinion."

"Hotel was solid. Great location with friendly staff. Issue is with the final bill. I have been attempting to get a copy of the final bill but the hotel, to date, has been unresponsive. In reading other reviews on various platforms, other travelers have had the same issue."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."
