There’s a convenience store downstairs (and a cafe … which I didn’t particularly rate my eggs bennie at). Patrolled beach is almost directly across the road. Bed was comfortable. "Second bathroom toilet didn’t flush which we advised on arriving at apartment. Was not repaired till we were booking out 3days and not reduction or inconvenience offered. Batteries in control not working and dirty under cushions. Staff were very nice on reception though. It’s the small thing that make a place standout and make you want to book again. "

"Upon arrival called reception but the customer service was pathetic. The reception lady was rude and didn’t offer much advice on the phone. Stayed here first time but the first impression of this place was horrible. Otherwise good place to stay. Apartment was in clean and good condition "

All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities."

"Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before...

"We got the the view of the river and city, it was a really nice view. The room was very clean, the sheets on the bed were clean sheets. Overall, the room/hotel was very nice. We paid an extra $55 for the buffet breakfast and parking. The only thing is that we didn’t think that the seafood buffet was worth $85pp only because they only had prawns, mussels, crab and oysters for the seafood. But the food was nice. "
