Beautiful hotel directly located in the Old City. You can not dirve direct to the hotel as cars are not allowed in the Old City. However, a quick call to the hotel and they make all of the parking arrangements or will pick up from a drop off - very accommodating. The hotel is very boutique style and very charming. Highly recommend!

The room and common area were very nice. The breakfast and coffee service were well done. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff was superb, they could not have been any more helpful.

So charming! It exceeded all my expectations. The staff was helpful with reservations, giving directions and happy to answer all our questions. Loved the gourmet coffee maker and snacks. Breakfast was lovely. I totally lucked out finding this gem in Split.

Excellent staff. Breakfast in the courtyard was generous with unlimited coffee. The window in the room overlooked the courtyard and let in soft light. A great quiet stay.

Excellent service at boutique in heart of Split
This is a six-room boutique, with a modern update featuring some original wood and stonework. The airport transfer and advice from the front desk were top notch. The morning breakfast was excellent.

IT IS A BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED 13TH CENTURY PROPERTY IN THE CENTER OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. WE HAD A RENTAL CAR AND THEY ARRANGED FOR PARKING AND MET AND LATER ESCORTED US TO & FROM THE GARAGE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Yvonne was an absolute delight! We stayed here twice on our trip because we loved it so much. Location is great, hotel room is large by European standards. We ended up having a flight delay and she was able to get us a last minute accommodation for the night. Breakfast was really good. We will be back!

Everything about this property is top notch. We loved being inside the walls of the palace and the unit we were provided was clean and full of charm. We highly recommend this property. One warning though…….do not book any private tours through the hotel. They extract a hefty booking fee that is not appropriate relative to what the guide is actually paid. That being said, the guide we were provided was excellent!

My husband and I loved this property! The service was excellent, the room was great, and you couldn’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Parking is the only thing that was a little difficult but even that wasn’t too bad. Breakfast in the morning was a real treat and included as well. Would definitely recommend!

Located right inside the 3rd century Dioclesian Palace, this quaint, historic and charming tiny hotel was a fun place to stay during our visit to Split, Croatia. The staff were most accommodating, and although elevators are not allowed in this UNESCO location, there was always help available if needed.

Loved the convenient location of this property. The staff (especially Marianna (sp?) was so helpful with recommendations. We weren’t able to make breakfast both mornings we were there and they made us take away breakfast. The only down side is the noise but it can’t be helped when you are staying in the city. Grab some ear plugs :) Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff could not do enough for you. They were all so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and an added bonus of being able to help yourself to coffee and snacks throughout the day. It was a wonderful place and i can not praise it enough. If i return to Split i will be back

We had a wonderful two night stay at Villa Split heritage hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Split.

Villa Split Heritage Hotel a gem in Split Old City
The room was terrific! Even though it was in the old city everything was updated. The breakfast was amazing and being able to walk out of your room and be in the old city was fabulous. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Mariana even met us at the parking garage and escorted us to the hotel. She told us interesting facts about the city and places to see. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It couldn't have been better.

We loved everything about this hotel! All the employees were so friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect in the old town and the building had so much charm. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of options. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing friendly hotel within the historic palace
Amazing all around! Pristine condition. Located at the heart of the Docletian palace. Very friendly personnel. Nice little inside garden for breakfast (which is included and plentiful) or just having a rest. One of the highlights of our trip to Croatia.

The service from the entire team was above and beyond! We were met at the parking garage, escorted to the hotel (short walk from parking). Lovre provide great recommendations for restaurants in the area and he was spot on! Breakfast was delicious, again, service was spectacular. Ivona assisted us with our departure details to the ferry and made sure we had assistance getting our luggage back to the parking garage. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all major sites, restaurants, and waterfront. The only negative would be there is not an elevator, if you have trouble with stairs that is a consideration, although the hotel is small, so it’s still very manageable & the hotel staff helps with luggage coming and going. Great job, you truly were a memorable part of our stay in Split. Highly recommend!!

We stayed one night here. Upon arriving they carried our luggage to our room, because it’s in Old Town, elevators are not allowed and it’s all stairs. That wasn’t a problem. The hostess checked us in and gave us a map of the city with all her great recommendations! She was so nice and helpful! Room was beautiful, large and clean. Breakfast was delicious, like eating at a restaurant. Very nice place to stay and very kind and helpful staff.

Brilliant hotel and staff.
Very good location. Lovely room and excellent staff. We found the beds a littlefirm for us but they tried to rectify that. The staff helped us bring our luggage up and down the stairs and transported us to the ferry. We had an early morning ferry and they kindly gave us a morning packed breakfast to take with us. Recommend this hotel and a big thank you to all the amazing staff.
