"Positive: location, the peaceful feeling of a country house, the view on the fields and horses, cozy apartment. Room for improvement: all 3 mattresses were sagging/broken, we all basically slept on springs. The radiator of the 2 single beds room was so noisy we had to turn it off. Wifi very weak but I guess it does not depend on the owners."

We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. Upon check in, our first encounter with the staff member present felt strange. We were asked if we had stayed there previously, we hadn’t, we were asked how we got there, by cab, we were told when breakfast was served and given our room keys. "It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean. The welcome was helpful & friendly. I hope to stay again in the near future."
