Very helpful and friendly staff, decent clean rooms. Bar on ground floor supposed to offer late night dining but on a match day evening, upon returning to the hotel around midnight and looking for a meal, we were told - sorry, kitchen is closed. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay with a fab location.

If you are driving not easy to get to the hotel as some of the roads are closed to private cars

Clean, spacious and conveniently located. The only thing is that the mattress feels worn out. It has a concave at the spot where people usually sleep in. The hotel should either rotate the mattress regularly or replace it. The one at Edinburgh has the same issue. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Love this hotel chain.

Rooms were fantastic - very clean and of good size. Hotel is located in a pedestrianised area which made it inconvenient to be offloaded and picked up by transport. But its location is actually very good as it is right in the middle of the shopping area and one can also easily walk to many tourist attractions
