"Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow. "

"Fantastic stay! The staff were really welcoming and the breakfast was great. They even went out of their way to cater to our dietary requirements which we really appreciated. We stayed in a double room which was spacious and comfortable. Our only negative was that the floors weren’t very clean, there was hair everywhere."

"Hotel Bahnhof was probably my favorite stay of our entire trip. The location is absolutely spectacular — just steps from the train station and super easy to find. The whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe and felt very safe. It’s thoughtfully set up for travelers, with a well-equipped group kitchen and convenient luggage storage after check-out. These little touches made a big difference. This was also incredible value for money. I couldn’t be more impressed and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic stay all around!"
