"Had an excellent experience on an overnight trip. I had made a reservation in the morning before arriving in L.A. When I arrived (around 7:30pm) the parking area had a security gate, the parking lot was clean, with ample parking for our van. At arriving at the front desk, the was helpful in getting us a parking pass and telling us how to get to our room. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable after a 7hour drive. We left early the next morning (3:30am) and I liked that there was someone attending the front desk. He explained the charges that I was aware of and we were on our way. Great place to stay and friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend this location."
