"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"Great hotel all around. The staff, the room cleanliness and the location were excellent during our stay. It’s close to the shrines and you can walk daily to visit these beautiful sights. There is shopping and an abundance of great places to eat. Ask the front desk for recommendations. They were great!
We recommend it highly! "
"Would love to stay again! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location is unbeatable. View of the skytree is unreal. Lots of choices in the breakfast buffet. "
