"Breakfast was okay, room size and facility was good but very tired and in need of a refurb. The shower was poor and the bath seal had black mould and should have been replaced. The common area was being refurbished which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. The noise was terrible, I don’t know how the staff were able to work with such loud noises constantly happening throughout the day. The location is great and lots to see and do nearby after a full room refurb we would consider returning. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. No coffee sachets in room only 4 Nespresso pods. Tea wasn’t great but not enough to spoil our stay "

"Excellent if you are looking for your own private room. Not very expensive, close to some big attractions also the underground is about one block away from hotel "

"If staying over at Gatwick I'd recommended this hotel. South terminal shops are open 24hrs so easy to get a late dinner snack if arriving late. "

"Ideal place to stay on the night before our long plane trip We just wanted to relax, we had neighbours shouting very loudly so my daughter knocked to see if they needed any help! They then were very quiet. We went to the sports bar to get some food. I asked for the pulled pork but without mustard and pickle to be told no they can’t do that! So clearly the food is not freshly made as if it was they could easily do that. I asked another question in the adjoining restaurant which was another refusal. So went in to the airport to get something. The bed was comfy and the room clean."

"A must stay… a wonderful boutique hotel very close to the tube and the towel of London. This is my third stay . No need to go anywhere else."

"Breakfast selection was good. I wish they’d offer turkey bacon but we all enjoyed the food. The room was clean. But the halls were dim and humid. "
