Eastin Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall which is convenient for people who would like to shop. There is also a lot of food there for tourists to enjoy.

My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

Friendly staffs, nice hotels, nearby Penang airports

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.

We had an awesome trip here at iconic awesome location with a lot of shops.

Good staff service, clean and looks new room

This is the hotel that I will never miss to reserve whenever I'm in Penang (even though it was only a night of stay in this trip), I've also introduced my friend to this hotel in the past which he used it for his proposal as I feel this is one of best hotel I've stayed in all my travelling to different countries. Excellent service and a verry well maintained hotel.

The amazimg sea view and spacious rooms are so impressive. The staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend to family travel.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

Overall ambience, cleanliness and polite and warm staff hotel is grand

We stayed for two nights at Light Hotel in December 2016. What stood for my family was the quality of service of the hotel staff who greeted and serviced us from the time we stepped in till we left three days later. The F&B staff were especially fantastic and were very accommodating to our requests for vegetarian food due religious reasons.
