"The rooms and facilities were kept in good condition. The Hotel I have stayed in many times over 15-20 years from time to time, although a little bit older than the new high end hotels nearby, is still extremely well maintained and the location is excellent ( relatively short walk to) near Gurney Plaza. Will probably stay again in future when visiting."

"All staff are excellent. We had a lovely stay here for three nights. Food is really very good with much choice. If we are in Penang we will definitely come here again. "

"Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient. "
