"This hotel exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure with it being designated as an airport hotel. But it was surprisingly nice. The food options at both restaurants were actually so incredibly delicious. The cocktails were great at the bar. My kids loved the pool. Our room was nice and clean and had what we needed for our stay. So close to the airport you can pretty much walk to the terminal, otherwise there is a shuttle that gets you there in just a couple of minutes that runs all day long."

"Upon arrival, we felt that the standard king was a little small for our two nights stay. The staff accommodated our needs to upgrade to the executive suite. Make sure that you call the front desk and ask for robes and slippers if they are not already in your room. The front desk is so nice and readily available to answer any questions about the city. The housekeeping staff very friendly and welcoming."

"Well positioned to get around Hollywood tourist spots. The metro is nearby and buses are frequently on the route. Great sized bedrooms, we had a room facing into the lovely courtyard which looks pretty at night with the lights on. Breakfast in the Bistro is lovely - the ladies preparing and serving the meals are super attentive and friendly. Tasty dishes with a good range of items on the menu, we had something varied every day. The only let down for me is there is no evening restaurant or bar. You need to order in takeaway or go out. The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."
