"Minoto City is a nice neighborhood. Near Tokyo Tower and shopping area and restaurants. Room is clean and spacious for Tokyo area. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. Recommend this hotel and will stay again!"

"Everything about the stay was exceptional. Clean room, nice shower, good AC and lights. Next morning paid for breakfast and this was my only complaint. The food was bland, thd eggs fell apart like dried cake, and the coffee was watered down with no boldness. For 2900 yen for breakfast this needs to change. Otherwise outstanding stay will come again very soon! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"As good as my last stay (2023) when the hotel was relatively new. Rooms are a little small for two people but it’s manageable, and expected for Tokyo and the price. Well located with multiple stations and lines nearby."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s in an absolutely stellar location. The only suggestion I would make for would-be guests is to opt for a larger/2-bed room if more than one person is staying. Great spot. Highly recommended!"

"Honestly, we loved our stay at the Hotel New Otani. The staff were splendid and so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was well take care of and very comfortable. The beds were a little firmer than we are used to but we all slept great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets- lots to choose from and helpful for our five year old to be fed early. My hubby said he was able to get a decent workout in the gym. The gardens are worth walking in, so beautiful! We used the luggage forwarding service, and the staff made it so seamless! We were able to get to the trains easily too. I would definitely come back and stay here if I am lucky enough to visit Japan again! "

"Pod itself was fine for what it is. Bathrooms and common areas (lockers, showers etc) all smell absolutely disgusting throughout the entire area which means you’ll be grabbing your stuff from your bags while smelling very intense urine and faeces. Staff that greeted me were very nice however I heard later staff members being extremely rude to other customers. Overall it was not a great experience and please do not book this place if you have large bags! "
