"Breakfast meny was great, variety of drinks and 24/7 use of a microwave, staff were amazing and really helpful and i have nothing bad to say about them, would 100% recommend this hotel"

"We arrived and had an excellent check in experience. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. It’s really close to Richmond Park where we had a lovely walk and spotted some dear. The only slight negative was despite the aircon being on lowest setting the room was quite room. Other wise a perfect stay"

"Air con so noisy (I suspect a seriously failed motor bearing) that I had to turn it off. Thus room was too cold. Bed hard as a rock and have me back ache. Reception staff charming."

"Stopped here from Heathrow before traveling on to more family, we stayed 2 nights and meet family and friends. Food and service were good, the animals was a bonus, the sensory area with the TV was our hang out with the kids."

"Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap. Also super loud, paper thin walls and the nosiest people almost partying next door. "
