The units were quite dated. Reception were rude and did not offer any assistance, even though we had a lot of luggage. Only one of the lifts worked, causing delays. The beds were the worst I've slept on in a long time. They were old and worn. The queen bed was 2 songles pushed together and they didn't even bother to put an overlay on. I would not recommend this, especially for the price

I loved the place; it's great value for money. It's convenient, close to public transportation, and clean. The only issue I had was with a staff member who knocked once on our door and then entered without waiting for a response. He should have waited for me to open the door rather than just barging in

I found APX World Square to be great value considering it's famtastic location. Easy walking distance to the light rail & 1 stop from Central. Security & cleanliness were fantastic. I stayed in a studio apartment and it was generous in size..

Reception staff was unprofessional, grumpy not friendly, door card wasn’t working properly but the reception staff keep sent me back for three times up and down. I checked in to the property to find the sliding glass doors were open on a cold autumn day. Once I closed the doors I realised why they were open. I could smell cigarette smoke. The shower would go between scalding hot and freezing cold without touching the tap. The sheets were stained and looked dirty. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no milk of any description. I wouldn't have booked this if it was for more than a place to sleep after a night out with friends. The receptionist on the front counter needs to work on their customer service skills!

Room smelt musty , the bed was so hard was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Car park was full of rubbish and stank like a dumpster. Very limited tv channels and really small tv . Shower and location were amazing , but be nice to have a shower cap

Overall good stay as usual. Easy to check in and out. Great location for food options and close to everything you need. Apartment condition isn't the best or newest. Sofa had stain on it. Bed this time was comfortable (depending on which apartment you get). Apartment is clean though and has everything you need. Value for money!

The location is closer to a supermarket and public transport. The front entrance to the apartment building needs safer access. The unit was fine, except for the cockroaches crawling out at night from dishwasher

No water and only eggs for breakfast
Lovely location. A bit hard to found. No car acces but the crew came and helped me with the luggages. Accommodation comfortable big bed. Large bathroom and kitchen. BUT The most scandalous thing was they forced you to buy small bottles of water. I mean 160 dollars for 4 nigts and not having fresh water it's totallyridiculous. Tried to talk about it to someone and only answer; buy small bottle. lol Same breakfast the choices were : omelette scrambled eggs, fried eggs or 1 banana pancakes (made with eggs) if you're egg allergic how can you have breakfast here ? They give few pieces of fruits and choice between coffee or black tea. For the price it's not the best place. Book somewhere else.

I expected more for the price and because they said it was 4-star. There was parking in the building for $50 per night but getting there was quite an adventure due to limited signs. Going in was very narrow and unsafe, lanes were mixed up and there was a dead rat stinking up the whole parking area. One of the TVs in the room was so small and was not working. Shower lets out a high piercing shriek when in use and temp was hard to get right. Location was very good, central and accessible to public transport, within walking distance to QVB, Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Staff who checked us in was very friendly and polite.
