The apartment was small and cramped. The area to get changed was the walkway between the bed which had no room between the wardrobe and wall. Expedia you billed this room as a studio with space and charged a premium price. This was a half room apartment. Shame on you for false advertising. I will not be recommending your service to anyone

the location is excellent but the front desk / lobby needs to improve to make it more appealing. the check out time usually at 11am but they have 10am check out time and we didn’t know about it so somebody knocked on our door at 10:20 am to let us know that we need to go or they will charge us for another hour. I just feel bad, that’s all but overall, everything is okay, they have own washer & dyer with laundry soap provided, bigger room size with balcony

The hotel was in a decent area with lots of shopping/restaurants nearby. It was also one block from the light rail, so easy to get around the downtown. Unfortunately, our room was very dirty. We also had a problem with the TVs, as one was shattered and neither remote had batteries. The hotel did bring in a new TV once we complained to the front desk (and gave us batteries for the remotes).

Appreciated the efforts by APX to allow us to check in early. They couldn't do it when we arrived (off a cruise just after eight) but we checked-in after 12 as they said we could. Room fine and clean and what we expecyed for one night. Staff friendly and helpful.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Stayed in the executive 1 bedroom apartment and room was clean and very big. I didn't notice anything of concern for the room. Not sure what the cheaper rooms are like, but maybe people are too fussy and expect too much. Bed was comfortable, but I had to buy new pillows because their ones were way too big and hard, but thats just my comfort preference in liking soft flat pillows. Safe building and great location to get around the city. Close to Thai Town and China Town, light rail stop and Central train station. Staff could be a little less arrogant, but I'd stay again.
